Guru Teg Bahadur ji passes through the village of Bhaini Bagha and reaches the village of Khiala Kalan. There is a berry tree from that time. Guru Teg Bahadur ji had encamped under this berry tree. Here the people of the village also started associating with Guru Sahib Ji. It was here that a Pandit of the village, Sri Gujjar Ram, and his master, Bhai Mecca, appeared before Guru Sahib. When Guru Sahib Ji spoke, Sri Gujjar Ram Di requested that Guru Sahib Ji, you know the heart of all. Have mercy on me too. There are very few families. This is a very small village. This is my master Bhai Mecca, the village Nambardar. Sri Gujjar Ram Ji lovingly tasted the milk brought from his house in a kadhni and Guru Sahib Ji gave that milk strainer to Bhai Gujjar Ram. Even today that milk filter is kept in the house of Bhai Gujjar Ram Ji and there is a lot of grace in his house. You are seeing that filter.

In this village, when you visit the family of Bhai Gujjar Ram Ji, you can visit this filter in his house. Bhai Gujjar Ram Ji requested Guru Teg Bahadur Ji to have mercy on this Nambardar as he has no children in his house. Guru Teg Bahadur ji promised Bhai Mecca that Bhai Mecca, your house will always be numbered. Your house will also receive the gift of sons. So, in time, a daughter and 4 sons were born in the house of this Nambardar.

Know the truth, the words of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji are applicable to this family today and in this family Nambardari continues. In the villages where his family resides, he has also received Nambardari. The names of those villages are – Nivera village (near Talwandi Sabo), the other village is in Haryana – Dhanpur (it is very close to Kalianwali). After that in Muktsar is the village Makkamati named after the village of Mecca, where Nambardari remains. What Guru Teg Bahadur ji promised is still being fulfilled today. Where Gujjar Ram Ji did good to himself, he also did good to his master. He also learned at his home and at the home of Nambardar Mecca. Thanks to the grace of Guru Sahib, Gurdwara Manji Sahib is present at this place today. Sitting here, Guru Teg Bahadur ji drank milk.

Guru Tegh Bahadur ji was so fond of the environment that Guru Sahib asked Pandit Gujjar Ram to plant a brotha tree and a well for water. Even today there is a barota tree planted by Pandit Gujjar Ram at this place. That well still exists today, which was dug at that time with the words of Guru Teg Bahadur ji. There is another place in front of Gurdwara Sahib. This place is known as Gurusar. Guru Teg Bahadur ji loved the environment very much and he knew which tree to plant. The Bohr tree is also known as Baba Bohr. The Bohr tree is considered to be the national tree. The tree has been used to treat some of the most deadly diseases. This tree is considered a treasure of strength. Where Gurdwara Sahib is built in the memory of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, you are also seeing many wells and trees. While Guru Teg Bahadur ji was sitting here, the people of the village came and begged the Guru, who had to shoot his own arrow. We will hear about that request in Series 73.
