Soon Guru Sahib was gracious and I got a chance to meet Dr. Rajinder Singh Jakhar in Patiala who has been mapping the path of Guru Teg Bahadur ji for the last 25 years. He visited each village for the last 25 years and checked the dates to see which village Guru Teg Bahadur ji had visited before.

Das visited the house of Rajinder Singh Jakhar, met him and asked him for details of the villages to which Guru Teg Bahadur ji had first visited and to which villages he had visited. Some Sikhs had a duty to fetch fodder for those camels and horses. When they go to the fields to get fodder, the owners of those fields unknowingly treated the Sikhs very badly and spoke ill of them. When they found out that they were Guru Teg Bahadur ji’s Sikhs who had come with Guru Teg Bahadur ji to fetch fodder for the horses, the owners realized their mistake. They reach Gaga village but by then Guru Teg Bahadur Ji has marched towards the next village.
