In Safar-e-Patshahi IX Series No. 58, we had heard that Guru Teg Bahadur ji is walking in the village of Thuhi from the village of Rohte
In this series we will hear that Guru Teg Bahadur ji puts his feet on the land of Kakra village and takes service from a Sikh there
Guru Teg Bahadur ji, with his entire family and 300 sangat, passed through the village of Kakara via Ramgarh Boda and Gunike and made his abode. There was a neem tree. The Guru’s abode is made under that neem tree. Tents are pitched. Arrangements are made for the stay of the Sangat. Kirtan is also performed by the rababis. When the owner of the village of Kakra, who owned the land, finds out about this, he attends the service of Guru Teg Bahadur ji along with his entire family. Guru Teg Bahadur ji is very happy. Guru Sahib Ji told him that you have served with great love and devotion. You can ask us anything. He told Guru Sahib Ji that Guru Sahib, we did not get the opportunity to do the service we were supposed to do. We found out today that you are here. You have starred in our city today. Guru Teg Bahadur ji lovingly took the Sikh in his arms and touched his head and said that the service we are to receive from you is great. When the time comes, we will take this service from you and your family ourselves. You will have such grace and blessings today that you will have no shortage of anything. The servants will be before you. You will be the owner of the mansions. Wealth will also be a great favor but whatever wealth comes, keep it in the understanding of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and one day we will come from this wealth and take service from you. On his way, Guru Teg Bahadur ji said to him that Don’t be afraid ,this service is very difficult. This service will be taken from you in the future. These words were uttered by Guru Teg Bahadur ji in 1665 AD. In 1704 AD, almost 39 years later, the same Sikh service came before the Sikh Panth. He was Diwan Todar Mall. When Diwan Todar Mall came to know that the younger sahibzadey had been carved into the walls, the same Todar Mall had bought the place for the cremation of the younger sahibzadey by erecting gold seals. Mata gujri ji, Baba jorawar Singh ji and Baba fateh Singh Ji was cremated with his own hands.
After 39 years, Guru Teg Bahadur ji took over this service from Diwan Todar Mall. Another thing to keep in mind is that while Guru Teg Bahadur ji was preparing the sangat for the coming time in the preaching of Malwa, he was also persuading the sangat in Naam Bani and Sikhism so that at Anandpur Sahib when from Guru Gobind Singh Ji If the gift of amrit of khanda bata is to be given, then only these ordinary Sikhs from the villages, who are broken today, can become the flowers of Guru Nanak’s flower garden and in 1699 AD, they can be adorned with the amrit of khanda bata. This preparation was made by Guru Teg Bahadur ji in the villages of the Malwa. No matter how many Gurdwaras there are in the Malwa villages, if Guru Teg Bahadur had not come here, Malwa would never have come forward in Sikhism. The Malwa had lagged far behind. It is the blessing of Guru Teg Bahadur ji that most of the Gurdwaras here are built in the memory of Guru Teg Bahadur ji and more and more publicity is being spread in the Malwa today. From here Guru Teg Bahadur ji goes on.
In the next series No. 60 we will talk about the next history. Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Ninth remains in the village of Alowal, the place where Guru Teg Bahadur ji resided. The villagers here believe that Gurdwara Manji Sahib was built in the memory of Mata Gujri Ji and the younger sahibzadey. The villagers believe that after the cremation of the young sahibzadey, the remains were brought and placed at this place. Whenever you reach Bhavanigarh near Patiala, this Gurdwara Sahib is built in the memory of Guru Teg Bahadur ji in the village of Aloarkh along with Bhavanigarh. You are visiting this Gurdwara Sahib. After this Guru Teg Bahadur Ji reaches the next village. What was the name of that village and what is the name of that village today, what is its history, we will hear in the next series No. 60.
